Refund policy


Digital products: Because digital products are delivered instantly, all sals are final. Refunds are not offered for change of mind, preference, or unused purchases. If you accidentally purchase the same product twice or have trouble accessing your files, please contact support and I will help resolve it. 

Print-on-demand physical journals & planners (fulfilled by Lulu): Paperback planners are printed to order, so returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@elevateandadorn.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, delivery address, email used at checkout and photos of the issue so a replacement can be arranged.
