By accessing or using this website and related products and services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
What we provide
Elevate & Adorn provides educational, self-guided resources intended to support reflection and nervous-system-friendly habits, including (but not limited to) short resets, written resources, audio, digital downloads, email content, and digital courses accessed through a portal.
We may also offer physical journals produced and shipped via a third-party print-on-demand provider.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
Accounts and portal access (courses/memberships)
If you purchase a course or portal-based product, you may be required to create or access an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there has been misuse, sharing of access, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
License and usage restrictions
Unless stated otherwise, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use digital purchases.
You may not:
• share, resell, reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display digital
files/audio/video/course materials;
• upload materials to shared drives, group chats, or public platforms;
• copy or repackage any materials for commercial use.
Intellectual property
All content, designs, templates, audio, course materials, copy, and branding are owned by us or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as explicitly stated here.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
• use the Services for unlawful purposes;
• attempt to hack, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the site/portal;
• interfere with other users’ access.
Email communications
If you submit your email to receive a free reset or related content, you agree we may send the requested emails and follow-up communications. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in the emails. See Privacy Policy.
Third-party tools and links
We may link to or use third-party services (e.g., email service provider, payment processors, course portal, print-on-demand fulfillment). We are not responsible for third-party sites’ content or policies.
Disclaimers; no warranties
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for any purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Changes to Terms or Services
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use means acceptance.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, unless otherwise required by law.
