Shipping policy

Digital Products
Digital downloads (audio, PDFs, courses) are delivered electronically. No shipping is required.

Print Products (journals/planners)
All physical journals/planners are printed and shipped on demand by our print partner, Lulu.

Processing (print time)
Because each copy is made to order, please allow 3–5 business days for printing before your order ships (production times may be longer during peak/holiday periods).  

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping cost and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout and vary by destination and shipping method. Delivery estimates begin after production and are not guaranteed.  

Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipping method/destination, it will be provided when your order ships.

Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us as soon as possible—once an order is in production or shipped, changes may not be possible.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll coordinate a replacement with our print partner.  

Returns
Because print items are made to order, we generally do not accept returns for preference/changed mind. Approved replacements are handled for damage/defects/printing errors as noted above.
